Wheels After Dark (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides luxury party bus and chauffeured transportation throughout Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through wheelsafterdark.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us, or book a ride, we collect what you choose to share. That can include:
- Your name, mobile number, and email address
- Event date, pickup city, trip length, number of guests, and occasion
- Your preferred contact method (text, call, or email)
- Any notes you add about your trip
- Pickup and drop-off locations and times once a booking is confirmed
If you apply through our Join Our Team page, we collect the details you submit, such as your contact information, work history, and driving experience.
Payment information. After you approve your quote, we take a deposit by card to hold your date. Payments go through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider automatically log basic technical data: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use this data to keep the site running, secure, and working well on phones.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Prepare and send your quote
- Confirm, schedule, and carry out your ride
- Reach you by your preferred method about your trip
- Take deposits and payments
- Answer questions and handle requests
- Review job applications
- Improve our website and service
- Meet legal, insurance, and safety obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Text Messages
If you choose text as your contact method or text us directly, we will send messages about your quote, booking, pickup details, and trip updates. Message frequency depends on your trip. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How We Share Information
We share information only when it’s needed to run our business:
- Our chauffeurs and staff, so they can complete your ride
- Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, payment processing, email, and phone or text services. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the safety of our guests, staff, or the public
- Business transfers, if Wheels After Dark is sold or merged, in which case your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy
Cookies and Third-Party Services
Our website uses a small number of cookies and third-party tools to load correctly and work as expected. Some pages load fonts and content from outside providers, such as Google. When this happens, those providers may receive your IP address and browser information. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle that data.
Our site links to our Facebook and Instagram pages. When you visit those sites, their privacy policies apply, not ours.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most of the site will still work if you do.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep quote and booking records for as long as needed to provide service, handle questions about past trips, and meet tax, insurance, and legal requirements. Quote requests that don’t turn into a booking are deleted when no longer needed. Job applications are kept for a reasonable period in case a position opens up.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including a secure (HTTPS) website, access limits for staff, and trusted service providers. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You can:
- Ask what personal information we have about you
- Ask us to correct or delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal, tax, or insurance reasons
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
- Ask us to stop contacting you about future offers

Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them online. For prom and other events with minors, a parent, guardian, or adult organizer should make the booking. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
