Prom is a big night, and parents want to know exactly who is driving and where the group is going. A parent or guardian books every prom trip with us and stays the main contact. The route is set before the night: pickup, photos, dinner, the dance, and the ride home.

We drive prom and homecoming groups from schools across Orlando, Winter Park, Kissimmee, and Lake Nona, plus Tampa, Daytona Beach, and Cocoa Beach.

What It Costs

Prom quotes are based on the date, total hours, and number of pickups. Split across a full group of 13, the cost per student is usually less than parents expect.

Every quote is a flat, written price for your date and route. No surge pricing. Approve it, pay a $250 deposit by card, and your date is locked.

Sound quality on the bus was great, seats where comfortable and looks great. The bar was filled with a lot of water and soda on ice so that was great and cold. Is alcohol allowed on a prom party bus?

No. Prom and homecoming trips are alcohol-free and drug-free. If the rule is broken, the trip ends and the parent contact is called.

Who has to book the prom trip?

A parent or guardian over 18 books the trip and stays the main contact for the night.

How many people fit?

Up to 13 guests per Mercedes Sprinter. If your group is bigger, ask about booking a second vehicle.

When should we book for prom?

Prom season fills fast in the spring. Book six to eight weeks out, or as soon as the date is announced.

Do you do homecoming too?

Yes. Homecoming, prom, and grad nights all follow the same parent-booked, alcohol-free rules.

How do I book?
