Wedding days run on a timeline. Hair and makeup, first look, ceremony, photos, reception. Transportation is the piece that keeps it all on schedule. Our Mercedes Sprinter carries up to 13 guests, so the bridal party or groomsmen arrive together, dressed, and on time.

We drive weddings across Central Florida, including Orlando, Winter Park, Kissimmee, and Lake Buena Vista, plus beach weddings in Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach. We also handle the rehearsal dinner, the bachelor and bachelorette parties, and airport runs for out-of-town family.

What It Costs

Wedding quotes are built from your day-of timeline: total hours, number of pickup locations, and how many shuttle loops you need. A common setup is one block that covers the wedding party arrival through the end of the reception.

Every quote is a flat, written price for your date and route. No surge pricing. Approve it, pay a $250 deposit by card, and your date is locked.

Sound quality on the bus was great, seats where comfortable and looks great. The bar was filled with a lot of water and soda on ice so that was great and cold. FAQ

Questions We Get Asked

How many guests can you move?

Up to 13 per trip. For guest shuttles we run loops between the hotel and the venue, so one vehicle can move a larger guest list over several trips. Bigger weddings can book a second vehicle.

How far ahead should we book wedding transportation?

Three to six months ahead, especially for spring and fall Saturdays.

Do you work with wedding planners?

Yes. Send us your planner's contact and the timeline and we will coordinate with them directly.

Can you also do the rehearsal dinner or bachelor and bachelorette parties?

Yes. We can quote every ride for the wedding weekend together.

Can we bring drinks on board?

Guests 21 and over can bring their own drinks. No one under 21 drinks on board, and your chauffeur can end the trip if things get unsafe.

How do I book?
